Shipping Info

Please be sure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct!

Ordered items typically ship will ship within 2-5 days.

Delivery times vary from 7-30 days depending on your location. We provide a tracking ID for international postal shipments that tracks progress on a shipment prior to export out of Greece.

For all international shipments, we use the value of the order for customs documents. Our order and shipping costs do not include any pre-payment for local taxes, duties, or customs fees. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying local taxes, duties, and customs fees at receipt.

We always attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible, but delays beyond our control sometimes occur. If an item you ordered becomes backordered or is expected to be delayed we will email you with an update.

Weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

Return Policy

If you received a product/content that is defective or damaged or if the physical CD is unsatisfactory, you may be eligible for a refund.
Physical CD/Vinyl - eligible for refund within 30 days.

Downloads - eligible for a refund within 72 hours.

You may return any unopened item in its original condition for reimbursement of the item price as long as you email us within 30 days from receiving the package.
The return postage is not refunded. Please note that partial refund is possible only in case the payment method is PayPal. In case of all other payment methods, partial refund is not possible.

Refunds and replacements are not accepted if a product is returned to us without prior notice.
You must send out the product within a month from emailing us about the return.

Please provide us with a photo of the damage and also the box we used to send. If a CD is skipping let us know the exact time on the disc where you encounter the condition.

Also remember to register your package as we will not be able to process a refund if it is lost on the way to our office.

You may return unworn and unwashed apparels. Items with tags removed, items that are worn, and single item sold as a part of a set cannot be returned.
